Mandatory PeeWee, Junior, Senior Parent Meeting:

Before you can play, you need the following:
Doctor's note - Stating you are physically fit to play
2 - passport size photos
Copy of birth certificate - confirming your age
Junior / Senior Camp is coming soon! Keep an eye out for the sign up forms.
